| Built around 1480 as a centre for dyeing wool, leather and skins, this building later served as a barracks from 1700 to 1900. Visitors will discover 5 centuries of cider history, covering grinders and presses, pottery works, materials for transportation and scenes of Norman life, through to costumes and furnishings from the 18th and 19th centuries. |
