Fastnet Line Information
The Fastnet Line service was launched in 2009 as a community response to the collapse of the previous company, Swansea - Cork Ferries, that had been running the Swansea to Cork ferry service.
The cooperative was formed by local businesses and individuals in both south Wales and southern Ireland and the ferry is known locally as the "People's Ferry". Fastnet line's ship used to operate in the Baltic Sea and carries cars, freight and foot passengers.
To book a Fastnet Line ferry crossing to Ireland, simply select the route from the drop down in the Book by route form to the right, or use our Compare prices form to see a choice of different ferry operators and prices to Ireland based on your preferred dates and times.
