Hoverspeed ferry Information
Hoverspeed has ceased operating and no longer runs ferries from Dover to Calais.
Hoverspeed was established in 1981 and provided cross-channel ferries until its last crossing in November 2005. Famous for its hovercraft services, Hoverspeed actually exclusively used fast-ferry catamarans from October 2000. All of Hoverspeed's former routes are now available with other ferry companies.
