Roscoff port information
Roscoff is situated on the north west coast of France and has good road and rail links, especially with Western France and Brittany. It's just an hour by car to get to Brest and two and a half hours on the N12 motorway to get to Rennes.

Roscoff was the traditional departure point for Onion Johnnies, traditional French onion sellers, to travel across to England and sell their onions. Today, there is a museum in the town celebrating the phenomenon. There are also stunning exotic gardens, a sixteenth century cathedral and an historic town centre to visit.
